Weekly Service Times
Sunday Worship Services
-8.00 a.m. Eucharist
A quiet service of Holy Communion following any of the 3 Orders of Service from A Prayer Book of Australia
No hymns are sung at this service. Rarely does the service exceed 50 minutes.
-10.30 a.m. Choral Eucharist
Very full of music. A formal service following the liturgy of A Prayer Book for Australia.
The choir leads the music in the service for most of the year. The congregation is encouraged to join fully in singing the Eucharistic Responses, as well as the hymns.
The setting used changes roughly every 4 weeks.
The service usually lasts for about 75 minutes.
Tuesdays and Thursdays
-9.30 a.m. Morning Prayer - Held at the Vicarage, 12 McNicol St., Geelong West.
A quiet time of prayer and self reflection with daily readings from the Lectionary.
About 20 minutes.
Wednesday Worship Service
- 10.00am Eucharist
This service is very similar to the 8.00 a.m. Sunday service. Sometimes we sing a hymn for special days.
A more relaxed service followed by a cuppa in the church.
